Morning run at different spots

    Even though it's not early morning, I made some steps around women's college and found that it has 800m in perimeter distance. After making three rounds, went to Museum along with family members for another round of stepping. Here also I checked the perimeter distance and found as 600m. After making another three more rounds, we went back to home. Outside the gate, there was a guy selling some fruit juice. It was a mix of cucumber, carrot, lemon and salt. I guess his target clients are morning walkers who believe in healthy drinks at least during that time.


It looks like there is some renovation done on the roof of this room.

Trip to Bhagavati temple Chitral, Kanyakumari district

        Without much planning we reached Bhagavathi temple at Chitral, Kanyakumari district before the peak time itself around 8:30AM. It was very silent at that time and we enjoyed. Once we reach at the top of the hill,  pushing ourself to clear hundreds of rock steps, we can see the entire village in an aerial view. 



        It will be better if the visiter can bring bottles of drinking water as there are only limited stores outside opposite to the main entrance gate.

Running is the new action

    Body weight got increased by 1kg at the end of first month in gym. Yes its a full stop. So no more gym. What next to do? Then got interested in running. So two items in the list. Running and playing badminton. But the later did not give any contribution to the body weight reduction. Ultimate aim is to reduce 15kg of body weight. 81kg with 161cm of height is a definite over weighted guy. Fuel consumption for reaching the badminton court which is 5km away from home is another concern. So running is the efficient thing to do as far as expenditure is concerned. So lets run...
